The inaugural Kolkata Art Weekender (KAW) was the city’s first major contemporary art event; spotlighting Kolkata’s most influential galleries, artists and creatives.

Through exhibitions, heritage walks, workshops and curated
experiences, Kolkata Art Weekender brought Kolkata’s rich cultural heritage and thriving art community together in a city-wide celebration from the 21st – 23rd of November 2025. Welcomed by a resounding response from the city’s creative community, we promise to be back again soon – bigger and bolder than before.
