An Eye Inside at Chemould Prescott Road presents Jayeeta Chatterjee’s journey from documenting interiors to exploring domestic feminine politics, combining woodcut prints with embroidery to depict working life in Bengal. Through cloth scrolls and quilts adorned with Nakshi Kantha traditions, she captures quotidian moments of women’s lives, weaving together narratives of respect and recognition within familial and working spaces.
