Bruno Art Group presents Yigal Ozeri’s first solo exhibition in India. The exhibition showcases his top four prominent series from the last decade. The show features over 25 paintings on the ideas of people, nature, cities, and moments. Ozeri’s hyperreal paintings, both old and new, are rendered in his trademark oil and brush technique, with a focus on the subjects that tell a story. The exhibition also includes a new series of five paintings depicting Delhi.
“I chose to create an exhibition with a retrospective quality because I wanted to have my first solo exhibition in India be representative of who I am as an artist. I wanted the subject matter to touch on the most relevant series in my career so that viewers will receive a comprehensive presentation of who I am as an artist. I chose to exhibit in India because I connect with the culture and the energy of the people of India. I visited a few months ago for the India Art Fair and fell in love with the spirit and vibrancy of Delhi. I feel that there is an art scene in India that is flourishing and I want to be a part of it” – Yigal Ozeri
