Get the chance to interact with artist-in-residence, Rohit Kale, the curators duo, Julius Das and Sibdas Sengupta and artisans. With a background in contemporary fine art and an MFA from Nottingham Trent University, Rohit brings a fresh perspective to the program.

The residency offers exceptional opportunities for contemporary artists to nurture their creativity, expand their artistic vision, and foster meaningful collaborations. It is immersed in Odisha’s vibrant art scene, connecting with local artisans and exploring the region’s exquisite craft clusters like sabai grass. The artist has crafted inclusive and thought-provoking works of art that seamlessly integrate with local craft practices.
