Curated by Peter Nagy, the group exhibition brings together a number of progressive developments in the fields of design and craft from a variety of practitioners and viewpoints. As pre-existing barriers between various fields of the visual and plastic arts continue to be eroded, one notices a great deal of experimentation taking place, resulting in objects that defy the simple categorizations of “art,” “design,” and “craft.” In the works featured in the exhibition attributes of all three genres come together into provocative new forms and ideas.
