Term: Pre-Festival | Festival | Post-Festival [Sept 01, 2024 to January 05, 2025]
Availability: 6 days a week, including weekends
Timings: Full-time, including outside work hours for eventsKey Responsibilities:
- Calendar Planning & Management: Develop and manage the project calendar, ensuring timely execution of all planned activities and campaigns.
- Coordination with Creative and Execution Team: Work closely with the creative (content and design) and execution teams to ensure alignment and seamless implementation of project tasks and completion of project deliverables.
- Monthly Reports & Analysis: Prepare and present monthly reports, providing analysis and insights on campaign performance and progress.
- Support to Internal PR Team: Collaborate with the internal PR team to support outreach and management of journalists and publications.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in managing project calendars and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with a focus on maintaining timelines and ensuring deliverables.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and strategies – especially social media
- Ability to produce and analyse reports, with a focus on actionable insights.
- Experience in understanding how to create and manage social media ad campaigns and paid promotions is an additional bonus
- Experience in supporting PR efforts and understanding the needs of media outreach.
On-Site Requirements:
- Must be available on-site in Kolkata during the festival months of November and December.
