Project Manager
Location: On-Site | Kolkata
Term: Pre-Festival | Festival | Post-Festival [Sept 01, 2024 to January 05, 2025]
Availability: 6 days a week, including weekends
Timings: Full-time, including outside work hours for events
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communications & Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for all client interactions, managing strategy discussions, feedback, and approvals.
  • Client, Account & Project Management: Lead the project’s overall management, ensuring that client expectations are met and that project goals are achieved within the agreed timeline and scope.
  • Strategy, Content, Design & Execution: Supervise the development and execution of strategy, content creation, design, and overall project implementation, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Resource Planning & Internal Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate the internal project team, aligning resources effectively across all phases of the project.
  • Partner Communications & Coordination: Coordinate with the client’s sponsors or festival partners to ensure alignment and smooth management across all digital activities and deliverables.
  • Tracking Deliverables, KPIs & Scope of Work: Monitor project deliverables, key performance indicators (KPIs), and overall project scope to ensure all milestones are met.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, communications strategies, and social media.
  • Experience in managing content, design processes, and quality control.
  • Ability to oversee and manage execution teams, including response management or online reputation management (ORM).
  • Familiarity with social media paid promotions and advertising.
  • Competence in client and partner relationship management, with the ability to lead a diverse project team.
On-Site Requirements:
  • Must be available on-site in Kolkata during the festival months of November and December.

Roles & responsibilities:
  1. Create high-quality, original content for specific Social Media platforms (Instagram, FB, Twitter and LinkedIn), and blog posts/editorials, articles,, newsletters, website content, and promotional ads. 
  2. Ability to collaborate and work with editors, writers, actors, producers, project managers and other team members to produce content
  3. Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and relevance of information in the content as well as citation of the data sources 
  4. Creative thinking and ideation for daily content, current trends and online/offline brand campaigns. 
  5. Research and stay up to date on the latest trends,events, artists, art movements, exhibitions and current affairs in the art world. 
  6. Implement effective SEO strategies to enhance the visibility and reach of the content and optimize content for search engines, including meta tags, headings, and keyword placement
  7. Updating older content to meet new content standards and raising the bar eventually 
  8. Manage and organize the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and meet deadlines. 
  9. Overseeing the development and launch of new content channels.
  10. Monitor content performance based on the analytics shred and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Research, Art History, or a related field.
  2. A strong command of the English language, a deep appreciation for art, cultural trends and a knack for creative writing and storytelling 
  3. Proven experience as a Content Writer (1-3 years) preferably in the art industry.
  4. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  5. Has experience in SEO and Ad based content and blogs 
  6. Research skills with the ability to gather information, pictures, interviews etc.  from diverse sources.
  7. Well read, with current affairs especially in the world and ability to connect them with company content requirements. 
  8. Ability to work independently on projects and optimize content writing for different client projects as per the brand persona and guidelines
  9. Full time- Remote working- 6 days a week (Monday- Alternate saturdays working)
